Students are poorly educated and ill-equipped to lead healthy lifestyles. Presented with countless unhealthy foods, often in an all-you-can-eat fashion and few options when it comes to fitness outside of an open gym.
Online, we offer content that debunks common misconceptions in fitness/health, recipes for easy, healthy meals/snacks, workouts for home/gym, and personal stories from other students. Offline we build health/fitness communities on campuses.
We build first and foremost for the students but we also build for brands and organizations who want to get in front of these students.
