The creative process you will use with yutongo works in 2 iterations. In the first iteration, the creative problem (e. g. product development of a new beverage product) will be looked at from different view angles. Here, participants are guided to answer questions like „What could be gerat opening mechanisms for beverage bottles?“, „What could be a great name for a beverage?“ or „Imagine Google came up with a new beverage. What would it be?“ The goal of these question is also to really force participant think out oft he box. Participants are invited to the idea challenge and are instructed to go through the set of sub-questions how we call them and answer them. In the second iteration, the same group of participant is confronted with the inputs and material (we call them „idea fragments“) from the frist iteration and they are now asked to create surprising combination of the material which is shown in an randomized manner. Working like this gives you the guarantee that participants instinctly collaborate without actually interact with each other. Also, becasue nobody can see who contributed which idea fragment to the process, killer phrases and political group dynamics are elimianted with this approach.
